Iran and Oman here on Sunday signed a document on their cooperation in the energy sector.

Roydad Naft News Agency- The cooperation document was inked by Iran’s Oil Minister Javad Owji and Omani Minister of Energy and Minerals Salim bin Nasser al-Aufi on the first day of the official visit of Oman’s Sultan Haitham bin Tariq al-Said visit to Tehran.

The two countries signed three other documents to cooperate in economic, investment, and free zones sectors.

Oil and economy ministers and the Supreme Council of Free Trade-Industrial and Special Economic Zones secretary general from Iran and ministers of energy, economy and trade of Oman signed the cooperation documents.
