The energy deputy of the Passive Defense Organization, visiting Refinery 4, stressed faster reconstruction and higher resilience of the facilities.

RoydadNaft –  The energy deputy of the Passive Defense Organization, visiting Refinery 4, stressed faster reconstruction and higher resilience of the facilities.

According to Roydad Naft, citing the South Pars Gas Complex public relations office, Abdolrahman Keshvari visited damaged sections and damaged facilities at Refinery 4 of the South Pars Gas Complex and was briefed on the latest work to make the site safe, rebuild it, and return damaged units to operating condition.

A report covered the status of damaged facilities, debris removal, safety steps, and rebuild work, and the latest progress on returning equipment and operating units was reviewed.

He also saw up close the work of Refinery 4 staff on debris removal, securing the site, and reconstruction — work done with technical knowledge, specialist experience, and domestic capacity.

Keshvari called the specialist and technical ability of the staff, and the use of domestically made equipment and capacity, an important sign of self-reliance and of the gas industry’s ability to manage conditions after damage to facilities. He stressed that this approach must continue to speed reconstruction.

Accurate damage assessment, a faster rebuild, and compliance with safety and passive-defense requirements are necessary, he said. Stronger facility resilience, continued readiness, and use of specialist and domestic capacity are requirements for protecting the gas industry’s strategic infrastructure.

Progress on rebuilding Refinery 4 after damage to part of the facilities shows the technical capacity, specialist knowledge, and execution ability of gas-industry staff, who are seriously returning the plant to service through responsibility, determined work, and domestic capability, he said.

He called the Refinery 4 staff’s work on securing, rebuilding, and reviving damaged facilities worthy of praise, and stressed that the effort must continue with a focus on higher readiness, resilience, and stability of the gas industry’s strategic facilities.
