Qalibaf wrote in English on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, Roydad Naft reported:

“Here is your daily dose of ‘forward guidance’, in case you don’t hear from your regime authorities: the arsenal they will exhaust and the exact order they’ll run through it. Act like you don’t know what comes next.”

The accompanying chart, as described in Iranian coverage, portrayed U.S. Treasury measures — including media leaks via Axios, market intervention and releases from strategic stocks — as ineffective against a rising oil-price path.
