RoydadNaft –  According to a report by tanker-tracking firm TankerTrackers.com, the Islamic Republic of Iran has exported approximately 18 million barrels of crude oil over the past five days, generating an estimated $1.44 billion in revenue.

The report comes just days after the company announced that two Iranian supertankers had successfully passed through what it described as a U.S. maritime blockade. According to TankerTrackers.com, the vessels, Diona and Hero 2, both operated by the National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC), were carrying a combined 3.8 million barrels of crude oil.

In a post on X, the firm said that Automatic Identification System (AIS) data, verified against satellite imagery, showed that the two tankers had exited the blockade zone. The company further claimed that these shipments represent Iran’s first crude oil exports in nearly two months.

TankerTrackers.com also reported that another NITC tanker, Stream, has been moving from Pakistan’s Exclusive Economic Zone toward the blockade line, indicating additional export activity may be underway.

According to the firm, Iranian oil exports had been effectively halted since mid-April due to maritime restrictions. With those restrictions now lifted, export operations appear to have resumed.

The company also estimates that before the blockade was imposed, Iran had more than 60 million barrels of crude oil stored aboard tankers in southern waters. This floating storage capacity could help sustain export volumes in the coming weeks.
