Nouri Petrochemical Registers 60% Capital Increase; Stated Capital Reaches 9.6 Trillion Tomans in Iran
RoydadNaft – A 60% capital increase at Nouri Petrochemical, listed under the ticker Nouri, has been officially recorded at the companies registry after approval by an extraordinary general meeting and completion of the legal steps.
According to Roydad Naft, the increase was registered on September 24, 2026. Nouri Petrochemical’s nominal capital rose from 6 trillion tomans to 9.6 trillion tomans — an increase of 3.6 trillion tomans, or 60%.
Increase funded from retained earnings
The entire increase came from the company’s retained earnings. No new funds were raised from shareholders; accumulated profit was converted into stated capital.
That method both adjusts the capital structure and keeps the generated resources inside the company for financial needs and operating and development plans.
Stronger financial capacity
The newly registered capital raises Nouri Petrochemical’s capital base and can support financial management, working capital, and development programs.
Nouri is one of the large companies in Iran’s petrochemical industry. Moving retained earnings into capital shifts part of internally generated resources from accumulated profit onto the capital line.
Registered capital now 9.6 trillion tomans
With official registration, Nouri Petrochemical’s nominal capital stands at 9.6 trillion tomans. The filing completes the registration stage of a process that began with the extraordinary general meeting’s approval.
