RoydadNaft – The second session of Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company’s extraordinary general meeting chose a new five-seat board on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026.
Three seats went to companies tied to the Oil Industry Pension Funds’ OGOC investment group, one to TAPICO and one to the Justice Shares representative, Roydad Naft reported.
The annual general meeting also approved PGPIC’s financial statements for the year ended June 21, 2026, by majority vote. Shareholders approved a dividend of 60 tomans a share, to be paid to retail holders as soon as possible after the meeting.
