Iran’s Jam Petrochemical Posts About 24 Trillion Tomans in Five-Month Sales
RoydadNaft – Jam Petrochemical reported total sales of about 24 trillion tomans for the five months ended August 22, 2026, a figure that points to continued revenue generation at the Asaluyeh complex after a volatile start to the year.
According to Roydad Naft, company operating data show four-month sales through July 22 at about 14.817 trillion tomans, with August revenue providing most of the lift into the 24-trillion-toman range. Jam sells ethylene, low- and high-density polyethylene, propylene, butadiene, and pyrolysis gasoline in both the domestic and export markets. Production volumes, selling prices, and export-market conditions remain the main drivers of its income.
The complex is one of the large olefin units in Iran’s South Pars region. In the fiscal year ended March 20, 2026, Jam’s operating revenue topped 100 trillion tomans, and polyethylene output was reported above its nameplate capacity of 600,000 tons. Completing projects such as Padjam Polymer and tying in related capacity is also on the company’s development agenda.
If production and selling prices hold, the 24-trillion-toman result for the first five months of the Iranian year 1405 (March 21–August 22, 2026) could stabilize Jam’s revenue path in the second half. Final profit will still depend on the mix of domestic and export sales, feedstock prices, and operating costs.
