MP lauds Oil Ministry’s ‘successful’ tract record of promoting energy diplomacy, meeting domestic needs
RoydadNaft – Iran’s Oil Ministry has had a “successful” tract record of promoting energy diplomacy and meeting domestic needs since the 13th administration took office in August 2021, said a member of Parliament on Monday.
Congratulating the 45th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, Mohammad Mehdi Mofatteh told the incumbent Oil Ministry led by a highly-skilled minister [Javad Owji] has made great achievements despite existing limitations.
No major problem was reported in the energy supply sector during last year’s winter, recalled the Parliament’s Plan and Budget Committee spokesman, adding “we have faced no problem this winter either in spite of energy imbalance”.
He also hailed the ministry for promoting energy diplomacy amid U.S. sanctions against Iran.
