Natural Gas Consumption Sets A New Record

RoydadNaft – The Head of the Dispatching Department of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) said the country’s daily gas consumption reached 794 million cubic meters due to the decrease in air temperature.
In an interview, Muslim Rahmani further said that the country’s gas consumption today (Tuesday, November 22) was 794 million cubic meters, of which 417 million cubic meters are related to the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors’ consumption.
He stated that gas consumption in the three aforementioned sectors during the same period last year (1402) was 368 million cubic meters per day, implying gas consumption has increased twice.
