RoydadNaft –  The board has appointed Reza Farzadi chief executive of Damavand Energy Assaluyeh, the company that supplies water, power, steam, and utility services for Phase 2 of the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone.

According to Roydad Naft, the company’s public relations office said Farzadi, previously vice chairman of Damavand Energy’s board, now holds executive management of the company.

He was earlier chief executive and vice chairman of Qaed Basir Petrochemical and has served on the boards of Shiraz Petrochemical and Abadan Petrochemical. Other posts include membership on the Pars Petrochemical board, chair of that company’s risk committee, and senior management on petrochemical development projects.

Peyman Esfahani, the previous Damavand Energy chief executive, was appointed CEO of Pardis Petrochemical by that company’s board.

Damavand Energy Assaluyeh provides critical water, electricity, steam, and other utilities for Phase 2 of the Pars zone and has a direct role in keeping petrochemical complexes there on stable production.
