Owji visits Tehran gas stations following software problem, says online services will resume within hours

Iran’s Oil Minister Javad Owji visited some gas stations in Tehran after a software problem disrupted services on Monday.

RoydadNaft –  Iran’s Oil Minister Javad Owji visited some gas stations in Tehran after a software problem disrupted services on Monday.

The minister said 1,625 gas stations have been fixed manually and are supplying fuel offline after the disruption and online services will resume within hours.

“The oil industry experienced a similar disruption to the country’s fuel system caused by enemies in 2021,” recalled Owji.
