South Pars Phase-14 Refinery Online During Fajr Decade
Iranian Minister of Petroleum Javad Owji said South Pars Phase-14 refinery will be put into operation in the Fajr decade and will process 56 to 60 million cubic meters of gas daily.
According to IRNA, Javad Owji told reporters on Wednesday, February 1, on the sidelines of the meeting of the government cabinet: “By taking advantage of this phase, the case for the construction of South Pars refineries will be closed and this will be the last phase of the massive gas field.
Stating that about $2.3 billion have been invested in South Pars for this phase, he said: “The total of petrochemical and gas refinery projects that will be launched in the Fajr decade is more than $3 billion.”
