The President noted the capacity of cooperation between the two countries for more than three decades: the two countries should develop cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, water and energy, and agreements and memoranda of understanding should be signed between the two countries to enhance cooperation. Iran’s relations with Turkmenistan are not neighborly, but brotherly, civilizational, cultural, kinship, and very close and deep.

Berdymukhamedov also said in the meeting: “In the bilateral meeting with the President of Iran, we discussed and exchanged views on various issues, and discussed the development and expansion of trade and economic cooperation and the volume of exchanges.”

He added: “In the field of cooperation in the field of energy, transportation between Tehran and Ashgabat, talks were held and it was decided to present our efforts in this field. I also formally invited the President of Iran to the Caspian Summit to be hosted by Ashgabat.” , Attend.
