Oil giant Chevron will invest $989 million in India
Chevron plans to invest 83 billion rupees ($989.2 million) in Bangalore, India, to build its largest oil and gas technology center outside the US.
RoydadNaft – Oil giant Chevron plans to invest 83 billion rupees (about $989,2 million) in the Bangalore area, where it will build its largest oil and gas technology center outside the United States. This was announced on X by the Minister of Infrastructure of the Indian state of Karnataka, MB Patil.
Chevron’s new research and development hub is expected to employ 600 engineers. The investment will be made over 5-6 years, and the company aims to complete 600 hires by the end of 2025.
