{"id":9873,"date":"2024-02-20T08:37:48","date_gmt":"2024-02-20T08:37:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/?p=9873"},"modified":"2024-02-20T08:37:48","modified_gmt":"2024-02-20T08:37:48","slug":"adnoc-strategy-anchored-around-gas-executive-says","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/9873\/","title":{"rendered":"ADNOC strategy anchored around gas, executive says"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"description\"><p><span class=\"pre-content-text\"><a style=\"color: #0038a8;\" href=\"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/\">RoydadNaft &#8211; <\/a><\/span>\u00a0A top executive of state-owned Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) on Monday said the company&#8217;s strategy was anchored around gas output and that Egypt has been identified as a market with a lot of potential.<\/p>\n<p>Musabbeh Al Kaabi, ADNOC&#8217;s executive director for low-carbon solutions and international growth, made his remarks at an energy conference in Cairo.<\/p>\n<p>ADNOC, the UAE&#8217;s oil giant, has an international growth strategy that is focused on gas, LNG, petrochemicals and renewables.<\/p>\n<p>ADNOC last week said it would form a joint venture with global oil major BP (BP.L) in Egypt, focusing initially on natural gas.<\/p>\n<p>ADNOC is seeking to grow its gas business domestically and abroad and has called natural gas a transition fuel to renewable energy sources.
