{"id":6116,"date":"2023-06-20T12:52:02","date_gmt":"2023-06-20T12:52:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/?p=6116"},"modified":"2023-06-20T12:56:59","modified_gmt":"2023-06-20T12:56:59","slug":"lawmaker-latam-good-energy-market-for-exporting-technical-engineering-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/6116\/","title":{"rendered":"Lawmaker: Latam good energy market for exporting technical, engineering services"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"description\">\n<p>Iran\u2019s energy sector could create a good market for itself in Latin America by exporting technical and engineering services, said a lawmaker on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talking to Roydad Naft News Agency, Hojjatollah Firouzi, a member of the Parliament\u2019s Industries and Mines Committee, made the remarks and attached great significance to the recent visit Iran\u2019s President Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi and his accompanying delegation paid to three Latin American states, Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Cuba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elaborating on the visit\u2019s importance, he said the U.S. considers Latin America as its backyard, adding Raeisi\u2019s tour of the trio could strengthen Iran\u2019s position in that region and lead to the development of its commercial and economic relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iran is redefining its relations with surrounding countries and independent states and has taken large steps toward boosting its political, trade, and economic ties with other countries, said the parliamentarian, adding that is why relations between Iran and other states have expanded since the 13th (Raeisi) administration took over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to exports of oil and petrochemical products to Latin America, Iran has restored Venezuela\u2019s refining capacity and is to give some of its refineries a complete overhaul, Firouzi continued.<\/p>\n<div class=\"post-date no-social-btn post-updated\">Updated on<time class=\"updated dt-updated\" itemprop=\"dateModified\" datetime=\"2023-06-20T12:56:59+00:00\"> 20 June 2023<\/time><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Iran\u2019s energy sector could create a good market for itself in Latin America by exporting technical and engineering services, said a lawmaker on Tuesday.
