{"id":6004,"date":"2023-06-14T15:15:52","date_gmt":"2023-06-14T15:15:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/?p=6004"},"modified":"2023-06-14T15:17:06","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T15:17:06","slug":"iranian-knowledge-based-company-to-equip-venezuela-gas-compressor-stations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/6004\/","title":{"rendered":"Iranian knowledge-based company to equip Venezuela gas compressor stations"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"description\">\n<p>Roydad Naft News Agency \u2013 An Iranian knowledge-based company receiving support from the Ministry of Petroleum will equip Venezuela\u2019s gas compressor stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The private sector knowledge-based firm signed a contract in the Venezuelan capital Caracas to export its products to the Latin American country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the contract, the company is to make automation systems, telecommunication systems, precision tools, and other equipment and install them in five gas compressor stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the first time that an Iranian knowledge-based firm under the patronage of the Ministry of Petroleum signs a deal with a foreign company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tehran-Caracas cooperation in the oil sector has been promoted since Iran\u2019s 13th (incumbent) administration took over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their relations entered a new phase last year, when the two sides signed a contract to develop Venezuela\u2019s refineries through using Iran\u2019s technical know-how and equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iran and Venezuela hold about 40 percent of the world\u2019s oil reserves and both countries\u2019 oil sectors have been hit by U.S. unilateral sanctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In spite of sanctions, Iran has managed to make 85 percent of equipment needed by the oil industry, not only meeting domestic needs with homegrown equipment, but also exporting its technical and engineering services to regional countries and other oil-rich states, including Venezuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accompanied by a number of ministers and other top officials, Iran\u2019s President Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi on Monday started his tour of Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Cuba.<\/p>\n<div class=\"post-date no-social-btn post-updated\">Updated on<time class=\"updated dt-updated\" itemprop=\"dateModified\" datetime=\"2023-06-14T15:17:06+00:00\"> 14 June 2023<\/time><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Roydad Naft News Agency \u2013 An Iranian knowledge-based company receiving support from the Ministry of Petroleum will equip Venezuela\u2019s gas compressor stations.
