{"id":5933,"date":"2023-06-11T12:26:13","date_gmt":"2023-06-11T12:26:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/?p=5933"},"modified":"2023-06-11T12:27:19","modified_gmt":"2023-06-11T12:27:19","slug":"ambassador-favorable-opportunity-created-for-iran-russia-petrochemical-cooperation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/5933\/","title":{"rendered":"Ambassador: Favorable opportunity created for Iran-Russia petrochemical cooperation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"description\">\n<p>Iran\u2019s ambassador in Russia on Sunday said a favorable opportunity has been created for Tehran-Moscow cooperation in the petrochemical sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talking to Roydad Naft News Agency, Kazem Jalali pointed to the increase in Iran-Russia trade volume in the past year and said, \u201cIran\u2019s exports to Russia have been diversified as the export-bound products were earlier limited to agricultural commodities and horticultural crops while their cooperation and trade transactions have now expanded, particularly in the petrochemical and technological sectors.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tehran and Moscow are also cooperating in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment fields, he mentioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ambassador referred to Iran\u2019s participation in the 13th International Exhibition of Machinery and Materials for Plastics Industry, also known as Rosplast 2023, held in Moscow from June 6-8, describing the country\u2019s strong presence in the expo as a display of Iran\u2019s petrochemical progress in Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said the Russian exhibition was a good opportunity for Iran to develop its markets, set up joint ventures with the participating countries, and put its petrochemical achievements on display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iran\u2019s petrochemical industry has made great progress after the Islamic Revolution, said Jalali, adding the sector\u2019s annual production capacity now stands at 90 million tons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The country\u2019s petrochemical products are now known across the globe, he concluded.<\/p>\n<div class=\"post-date no-social-btn post-updated\">Updated on<time class=\"updated dt-updated\" itemprop=\"dateModified\" datetime=\"2023-06-11T12:27:19+00:00\"> 11 June 2023<\/time><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Iran\u2019s ambassador in Russia on Sunday said a favorable opportunity has been created for Tehran-Moscow cooperation in the petrochemical sector.
