{"id":5716,"date":"2023-05-30T12:47:32","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T12:47:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/?p=5716"},"modified":"2023-05-30T12:48:44","modified_gmt":"2023-05-30T12:48:44","slug":"leader-expansion-of-all-out-ties-to-benefit-both-iran-oman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/5716\/","title":{"rendered":"Leader: Expansion of all-out ties to benefit both Iran, Oman"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"description\">\n<p>Roydad Naft News Agency \u2013 Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said on Monday expansion of relations between Iran and Oman will be beneficial for both sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Leader made remarks in his meeting with Oman\u2019s Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, describing Tehran-Muscat ties as \u201cdeep-rooted\u201d and \u201cgood\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayatollah Khamenei added that development of relations between Iran and Oman is of great significance, as the two countries share the very important Strait of Hormuz waterway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pointing to Iran-Oman negotiations, he said the talks should be followed up seriously to results in boosting bilateral relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Leader warned of the danger posed by the Zionists\u2019 presence in the region, adding all regional states should bear in mind that the policy of the Zionist regime and its supporters is to create division and undermine peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the Omani sultan\u2019s satisfaction with the resumption of Iran-Saudi ties, Ayatollah Khamenei said the rapprochement is the outcome of the Raeisi administration\u2019s good policies on development of ties with neighboring and regional countries. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shifting to the sultan\u2019s remarks on Egypt\u2019s willingness to resume relations with the Islamic Republic, he said, \u201cWe welcome this position and have no problem in this regard.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, for his part, said Oman seeks to strengthen relations with neighboring states, particularly the Islamic Republic of Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said Oman-Iran cooperation in different fields was discussed in Tehran, expressing hope that the continuation of bilateral talks will cement the two countries\u2019 ties.<\/p>\n<div class=\"post-date no-social-btn post-updated\">Updated on<time class=\"updated dt-updated\" itemprop=\"dateModified\" datetime=\"2023-05-30T12:48:44+00:00\"> 30 May 2023<\/time><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Roydad Naft News Agency \u2013 Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said on Monday expansion of relations between Iran and Oman will be beneficial for both sides.
