{"id":4756,"date":"2023-04-11T13:34:01","date_gmt":"2023-04-11T13:34:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/?p=4756"},"modified":"2023-04-11T13:34:03","modified_gmt":"2023-04-11T13:34:03","slug":"spox-iran-oil-sectors-annual-economic-growth-up-15-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/4756\/","title":{"rendered":"Spox: Iran oil sector\u2019s annual economic growth up 15.4%"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"description\">\n<p>The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) report showed a 15.4 percent economic growth in the country\u2019s oil sector in the previous Iranian year, which ended on March 20, 2023, said the administration\u2019s economic spokesman on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Announcing the growth in a press conference, Seyyed Ehsan Khandouzi pointed to statistics and macroeconomic indicators and added, \u201cLast Year, we managed to handle the government\u2019s budget and financial affairs without borrowing from CBI while last year\u2019s construction budget witnessed an increase.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the CBI report, he continued, the non-oil economic growth rate in the previous year stood at 4.5 percent and hit 5.3 percent if the oil sector\u2019s growth is calculated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The oil sector\u2019s annual economic growth was 15.4 percent, reiterated the spokesperson, adding the industrial sector had an 8.4 percent growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elaborating on the country\u2019s imports and exports during the yearlong period, Khandouzi said, \u201cChina, Iraq, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and India were respectively the main target markets for exporting Iranian-made products.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to him, non-oil exports in the 12-month period fetched the country over $53 billion, a 9.7 percent increase from its preceding year and the highest revenue in the recent past years.<\/p>\n<div class=\"post-date no-social-btn post-updated\">Updated on<time class=\"updated dt-updated\" itemprop=\"dateModified\" datetime=\"2023-04-11T13:34:03+00:00\"> 11 April 2023<\/time><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) report showed a 15.4 percent economic growth in the country\u2019s oil sector in the previous Iranian year, which ended on March 20, 2023, said the administration\u2019s economic spokesman on Tuesday.
