The PDP license for Arvand Petrochemical is 60% complete and will be finalized soon.<\/p>\n<p>The national project, pursued by industry and university specialists, is one of the more important self-sufficiency gains in petrochemicals. It frees Iran from buying foreign licenses, brings a \u20ac40 million saving, and opens the way to export the know-how under the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Group brand.<\/p>\n<p>Local production of a PVC license, a first in Iran, is close to completion.
