RoydadNaft – <\/a><\/span>\u00a0Sedigheh Khazaei, deputy oil minister for management development and human capital, said people must be treated with respect when their requests and complaints are handled, and that attention to public feeling is essential. Serving the ministry\u2019s target community well is a priority, she said.<\/p>\n

According to Roydad Naft, Khazaei spoke at a joint meeting of the Oil Ministry and the Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organization on the ministry\u2019s performance in the Administrative Emergency System (Foad). She stressed the quality of interaction with people who file requests and complaints.<\/p>\n

Delivering proper service through front-line units is one of the Oil Ministry\u2019s main priorities, she said. Requests must be handled accurately and quickly, and respect for the public and human considerations must not be neglected.<\/p>\n

The meeting reviewed the ministry\u2019s scores on Foad evaluation indicators, how public requests are answered, and ways to raise the quality and speed of service.<\/p>\n

Kamel Davoudi, head of the national center for inspection, integrity promotion, and administrative emergencies at the Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organization, reported on agencies\u2019 performance in Foad and rated the Oil Ministry\u2019s record as satisfactory.<\/p>\n

He said the ministry is linked to the online dashboard that monitors Foad indicators and called it one of the leading agencies in that area.<\/p>\n

Masoud Rahimi, director-general of inspection, performance supervision, and complaint handling at the Oil Ministry, pointed to the oil industry\u2019s role in serving citizens and stressed that core functions must continue under all conditions.<\/p>\n

He noted that the industry kept working through recent threats and war and said service and answers to public requests must continue.<\/p>\n

Managers at the meeting called for stronger coordination among related units at the mid-level and provincial layers of the Foad program and said they were ready to work more closely to raise the quality, speed, and effectiveness of responses to citizens.<\/p>\n

Attending were Khazaei; the Oil Ministry\u2019s director-general of inspection, performance supervision, and complaints; related executives from the National Iranian Gas Company and the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company; and the head and deputies of the national center for inspection, integrity promotion, and administrative emergencies at the Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organization.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Sedigheh Khazaei, deputy oil minister for management development and human capital, said people must be treated with respect when their requests and complaints are handled, and that attention to public feeling is essential.
