Higher crude feedstock to refineries and process changes have since ended imports.<\/p>\n<p>Persian Gulf Mehr Refinery is due in service by year-end and should lift gasoline, gasoil and other fuel output. NIORDC Managing Director Mohammad Sadegh Azimifar had previously said that start-up of Adish Jonoubi and Persian Gulf Mehr by the end of the year would add about 12 million liters a day of gasoline and about 5 million liters a day of gasoil.<\/p>\n<p>About 90% of Iran\u2019s estimated 25 million liters a day of fuel smuggling is gasoil, the report said, yet imports have still stopped. With the extra capacity due this year, gasoil exports could become possible if consumption does not rise.
