National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has set summer 2027 as the deadline to finish rebuilding the Phase 14 refinery, he said, but POGC is working around the clock to meet that target by the end of the current Iranian year in March 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Debris clearance is complete at two other plants damaged in the Ramadan war \u2014 the third and fifth South Pars refineries \u2014 and reconstruction has moved into execution after contractors were assigned.<\/p>\n<p>Dehghani said the shared South Pars field is entering the second half of its life, the war wiped out 30% of the field\u2019s refining capacity, and domestic gas demand is still rising. That combination, he said, requires precise, targeted planning for every cubic meter of gas produced.<\/p>\n<p>If the current pace holds, he said he hoped the oil industry would again play its part this winter in keeping energy supply stable and protecting South Pars output.<\/p>\n<p>Production requirements at the shared field are different this year than in previous years, he said. Over the past two years, POGC tried to deliver gas-output gains in the shortest time with fewer resources and more creative methods.
