After wellhead piping was completed on wells F18-05 and F18-06, the wells entered production.<\/p>\n<p>The two wells were drilled under an EPCD contract. With successful completion and wellhead hookup, Iran\u2019s output from the shared Foroozan field rose by roughly 2,000 barrels a day, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Alipour added that, alongside the production increase and completion of facilities for the new wells, the downstream section of the F18 satellite platform was also completed and prepared for wells that will be drilled at the same location in the future.<\/p>\n<p>He said the work was carried out under tight constraints and severe field shortages that made operations difficult.
