He said the gradual revival of gas sweetening trains, together with simultaneous focus on technical operations, equipment supply, and financing, will make it possible to return a portion of the plant\u2019s gas-processing capacity by March 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Dehghani described financing as one of the decisive factors in advancing oil-industry projects. \u201cOil is a capital-intensive industry, and executing its plans requires financial resources as well as technical and execution capacity,\u201d he said. Financial backing from Bank Shahr and the technical and execution capabilities of consortium member companies can accelerate reconstruction of the Phases 9 and 10 plant, he added.<\/p>\n<p>The Pars Oil and Gas Company chief expressed hope that, with Bank Shahr\u2019s financial support and the consortium companies\u2019 technical and execution capacity, the reconstruction program would proceed according to set targets and that priority sections of the plant would return to the gas-processing cycle in the shortest possible time.<\/p>\n<p>The South Pars Phases 9 and 10 plant is among Iran\u2019s energy infrastructure damaged during attacks in the Third Imposed War.
