{"id":18295,"date":"2026-08-29T09:30:48","date_gmt":"2026-08-29T09:30:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/?p=18295"},"modified":"2026-08-29T09:30:48","modified_gmt":"2026-08-29T09:30:48","slug":"iran-issues-permit-for-dehloran-petrochemical-urea-and-ammonia-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/18295\/","title":{"rendered":"Iran Issues Permit for Dehloran Petrochemical Urea and Ammonia Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"pre-content-text\"><a style=\"color: #0038a8;\" href=\"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/\">RoydadNaft &#8211; <\/a><\/span>\u00a0The managing director of Iran\u2019s Dehloran Petrochemical Company said authorities have issued a permit for the complex\u2019s urea and ammonia project, and that the plan has moved into implementation after some of the main obstacles\u2014including feedstock supply, financing, and letters of credit\u2014were cleared.<\/p>\n<p>According to Roydad Naft, Hamzeh Karimi said the permit was issued to coincide with the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad and Imam Jafar Sadiq and during Government Week in late August 2026.<\/p>\n<p>He said that after follow-up to resolve the complex\u2019s operational problems, including feedstock supply, financial issues, and the opening of letter-of-credit (LC) bottlenecks, the required permits for the urea and ammonia project have also been obtained.<\/p>\n<p>Karimi called the permit good news for people in the region and for Oil Pension Fund retirees, who are among the project\u2019s shareholders.
