{"id":18070,"date":"2026-08-16T14:01:45","date_gmt":"2026-08-16T14:01:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/?p=18070"},"modified":"2026-08-16T14:01:45","modified_gmt":"2026-08-16T14:01:45","slug":"first-gas-savings-certificate-issued","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/18070\/","title":{"rendered":"First gas-savings certificate issued"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"pre-content-text\"><a style=\"color: #0038a8;\" href=\"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/\">RoydadNaft &#8211; <\/a><\/span>\u00a0has issued its first natural gas savings certificate, covering 5 million cubic meters, for an energy-efficiency project in Yazd province carried out under a contract with a gas service company, Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"item-body\">\n<div class=\"item-text\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">He said the certificate was issued after the project\u2019s implementation and based on the actual savings achieved, turning the saved gas into a tradable economic asset.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cThe issuance of the first gas-savings certificate under this framework paves the way for similar contracts between gas service companies and provincial gas companies,\u201d Paknejad said. \u201cIt is a step toward improving energy efficiency, managing consumption and reducing the country\u2019s gas imbalance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The minister said the certificate also marks an important step toward commercializing energy savings and developing a market for gas-efficiency projects.
