{"id":17995,"date":"2026-08-11T14:10:30","date_gmt":"2026-08-11T14:10:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/?p=17995"},"modified":"2026-08-11T14:10:30","modified_gmt":"2026-08-11T14:10:30","slug":"gas-output-recovery-of-95-mcm-set-for-summers-end","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/17995\/","title":{"rendered":"Gas output recovery of 95 mcm set for summer\u2019s end"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"pre-content-text\"><a style=\"color: #0038a8;\" href=\"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/\">RoydadNaft &#8211; <\/a><\/span>\u00a0Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad said about 95 million cubic meters per day of lost gas production capacity will be restored by the end of summer after damage to part of the gas processing facilities in Asaluyeh.<\/p>\n<div class=\"item-body\">\n<div class=\"item-text\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Speaking on the sidelines of a meeting with members of Parliament\u2019s Energy Committee, Paknejad said the meeting reviewed the Oil Ministry\u2019s performance during the first four months of the year and discussed challenges facing the oil and gas sectors.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Damage to some gas processing facilities in Asaluyeh during the third imposed war has been largely offset by using capacity at other refineries, he said.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">According to the National Iranian Gas Co., about 95 million cubic meters per day of lost production is expected to return to the production cycle by the end of September, Paknejad said.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Asaluyeh refinery repairs accelerated<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Paknejad said reconstruction of four damaged refineries is proceeding simultaneously and at an accelerated pace.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Debris removal, the first stage of the work, has been completed, while an implementation framework has been established and contractors have begun operations, he said.
