{"id":17911,"date":"2026-08-04T06:10:04","date_gmt":"2026-08-04T06:10:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/?p=17911"},"modified":"2026-08-04T06:10:04","modified_gmt":"2026-08-04T06:10:04","slug":"iran-localizes-more-than-2000-petrochemical-components-amid-sanctions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/17911\/","title":{"rendered":"Iran localizes more than 2,000 petrochemical components amid sanctions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"pre-content-text\"><a style=\"color: #0038a8;\" href=\"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/\">RoydadNaft &#8211; <\/a><\/span>\u00a0Iran\u2019s Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research (ACECR) has localized over 2,000 components used in the petrochemical sector that were previously dependent on foreign imports, according to the organization\u2019s technology commercialization officials.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at a press conference marking ACECR\u2019s 46th anniversary, Hamid Saberfarzam, head of the organization\u2019s Technology Commercialization and Knowledge-Based Employment Organization, said the center had focused its recent efforts on addressing key national priorities and reducing dependence on external suppliers.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that ACECR had directed its capabilities toward four strategic areas, including defense, domestic production and localization, food security and agriculture, and employment development.<\/p>\n<p>Highlighting the organization\u2019s achievements in the energy sector, Saberfarzam said ACECR\u2019s specialists had completed the localization of more than 2,000 petrochemical parts over the past year.
