RoydadNaft – <\/a><\/span>\u00a0The Public Relations Office of the Mahshahr Special Economic Petrochemical Zone announced that the fire which broke out in several petrochemical companies in the zone \u2014 following an attack \u2014 has been completely brought under control and extinguished.<\/p>\n

According to Roydad Naft, citing the Public Relations Office of the Mahshahr Special Economic Petrochemical Zone, around 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2026 (15 Farvardin 1405), some companies located in the zone were hit during an attack by American and Zionist forces.<\/p>\n

The report states that sections of the Fajr 1 and 2, Karun, Razi, and Bandar Imam petrochemical companies sustained damage in the attack.<\/p>\n

Operational teams, HSE units, and firefighters from the Petrochemical Zone Organization and the affected companies immediately responded to the incident. Through the efforts of the firefighting teams, the fires at all the companies were fully extinguished by 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

The Public Relations Office added that the latest information on the number of injured and any martyrs (fatalities) from the incident will be released later.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, April 4, 2026, in the American and Israeli aerial assault on Mahshahr, the Fajr 1 and 2, Rajal, Amir Kabir, and Abou Ali petrochemical companies, along with the Mahshahr Special Zone itself, were targeted. In accordance with the decision of the Emergency Command Committee of the Mahshahr Special Zone, all active industrial units in the area were fully evacuated.<\/p>\n

The report notes that while Tehran was engaged in serious negotiations with Washington, on the morning of March 28, 2026 (9 Esfand 1404), the United States and the Zionist regime ignored the talks, violated Iranian territory, and carried out strikes on multiple locations across various cities.<\/p>\n

The enemy attacks, which began on Saturday, March 28, in the capital and other parts of the country \u2014 including Hormozgan Province \u2014 are still continuing.<\/p>\n

In recent days, several areas in Khuzestan Province have also come under aerial attack, with multiple explosions reported.<\/p>\n
