The meeting reviewed measures and plans to turn the Islamic Republic of Iran into a regional energy trading center.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Aref said the government\u2019s neighborhood-oriented foreign policy, expanded ties and cooperation with regional countries, and active participation in key regional pacts and unions under the 14th administration would support that goal.
