{"id":16202,"date":"2025-11-28T08:25:13","date_gmt":"2025-11-28T08:25:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/?p=16202"},"modified":"2025-11-28T08:25:13","modified_gmt":"2025-11-28T08:25:13","slug":"fajr-e-jam-gas-refinery-completes-irans-first-fully-domestic-incinerator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/16202\/","title":{"rendered":"Fajr-e Jam Gas Refinery Completes Iran\u2019s First Fully Domestic Incinerator"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"description\"><p><span class=\"pre-content-text\"><a style=\"color: #0038a8;\" href=\"https:\/\/roydadnaft.ir\/English\/\">RoydadNaft &#8211; <\/a><\/span>\u00a0The Fajr-e Jam Gas Refinery, one of Iran\u2019s largest gas processing complexes, announced on Thursday that its maintenance team has completed construction and on-site installation of the facility\u2019s first-ever incinerator using 100% domestic capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Seyyed Mahdi Mousavian-Fard, head of the refinery\u2019s maintenance department, said every phase \u2014 from plate rolling, initial assembly, precision welding and dimensional control to heavy-lift transportation and final positioning \u2014 was carried out by Iranian engineers and technicians without foreign involvement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe rebuilt segments were precisely matched with the existing structure, and all lifting, rigging and unloading operations were completed in full compliance with safety standards,\u201d Mousavian-Fard added.<\/p>\n<p>The incinerator has now been positioned at its permanent foundation and is ready for the next stages: refractory brick lining, installation of dampers and burners, and final commissioning and operational testing.<\/p>\n<p>The project is seen as a significant step toward self-sufficiency in specialized equipment for Iran\u2019s strategic gas industry, reducing reliance on imported technology at a time of tightened sanctions.
