RoydadNaft – <\/a><\/span>\u00a0The National Petrochemical Company\u2019s (NPC) managing director described the Petrochemical Research and Technology Company (PRTC) as a valuable asset for the industry and called for the optimal use of its knowledge-based capacities to advance the sector.<\/p>\n

According to NPC, Hassan Abbaszadeh made the remarks Sunday, at the ceremony honoring the outgoing and incoming CEOs of the PRTC and the West Ethylene Pipeline project. He said the company has achieved significant accomplishments in recent years.<\/p>\n

Abbaszadeh noted that the PRTC, relying on its skilled and specialized workforce, provides many of the catalysts and technical know-how required by petrochemical complexes. He stressed that the company should adopt innovative approaches and strategies to move toward further development and progress, assuring that the NPC will continue to provide full support.<\/p>\n

The deputy oil minister highlighted strong cooperation between the NPC and petrochemical holding companies, adding that several joint projects between PRTC and industry partners\u2014supported by NPC\u2014have led to valuable results and contracts aimed at promoting domestic production.<\/p>\n

Abbaszadeh said that under its strategic roadmap, PRTC is advancing in formulating, developing, and commercializing technical knowledge, as well as producing catalysts and chemicals needed by the petrochemical sector and optimizing production processes. He emphasized that Iran\u2019s petrochemical industry, in line with balanced development, should make the most of all available infrastructure and resources.<\/p>\n

He also underscored the strategic importance of the West Ethylene Pipeline and the need to advance its remaining sections, noting that efforts are underway\u2014through cooperation with petrochemical companies\u2014to remove construction obstacles and resolve disputes along the Dehdasht and Avicenna (Ibn Sina) routes in Hamedan Province.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
