He also wished a speedy recovery for the injured.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The fire at Unit 70 was fully extinguished after continuous efforts by operational and rescue teams. Production at the refinery remains stable, with other units compensating for the temporary loss of capacity.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Preliminary technical investigations indicate the fire was caused by a leak in one of Unit 70\u2019s pumps. So far, there is no evidence of sabotage or human interference.
