This will not only address energy imbalances but also drive substantial economic growth.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Energy Committee member stressed: &#8220;With precise, expert planning in the oil and gas upstream sector, we can create favorable conditions for investment, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
