RoydadNaft – <\/a><\/span>\u00a0The project manager for the Cheshmeh Khosh, Dalpari, and Paydar Sharq oil fields announced the launch of a crude oil collection unit at the evaporation pond facilities of the Cheshmeh Khosh oil field.<\/p>\n

The unit aims to reduce pollution and improve environmental conditions in the region.<\/p>\n

Majid Najarian stated that the project, a joint effort between Iran\u2019s Maten Company and Russia\u2019s ZN Vostok, officially began operations on Feb. 12.<\/p>\n

He explained that the unit continuously separates floating oil layers from the evaporation pond\u2019s water surface and returns them to the central processing facilities at Cheshmeh Khosh for final treatment.<\/p>\n

Najarian emphasized the importance of environmental protection in industrial processes, noting, \u201cIn developing this field, we have prioritized environmental conservation as a fundamental principle. The deployment of this unit is an effective measure to prevent water and soil contamination and reduce the environmental impact of industrial activities.\u201d<\/p>\n

The project manager highlighted that the Oil Engineering and Development Company, in collaboration with ZN Vostok, has aligned the development and production of these fields with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese actions demonstrate our commitment to social and environmental responsibilities toward society and nature,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The project not only reduces pollution but also prevents the loss of oil resources. The collected oil is returned to the central processing facilities, where it is treated and reintroduced into the production cycle. This approach enhances the productivity of the oil fields and represents a significant step toward sustainable development and environmental preservation.<\/p>\n

With the launch of this unit, a significant improvement in the region\u2019s environmental conditions and a reduction in industrial pollution are expected. This initiative also serves as a model for other oil fields to adhere to environmental standards and pursue sustainable development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
