He described this as one of the largest national projects, which will soon result in the refinery housing some of the most modern operational units.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">He further stressed that efforts are underway to upgrade all units at Abadan Refinery within the next 40 months. This initiative will address concerns about fuel oil supply for power plants and include the implementation of a final desulfurization unit.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Rashedi reiterated that stabilizing operations will boost daily gasoline production by 8 to 10 million liters, with all refinery products set to meet quality standards within the specified timeframe.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The CEO also emphasized the refinery\u2019s commitment to social responsibility, given its historical and geographical significance. Alongside addressing national fuel imbalances and generating wealth, the refinery has prioritized supporting the city of Abadan, with significant efforts made in recent years.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Rashedi concluded by stating that Abadan Refinery is on track to become one of the world\u2019s most modern refineries through product quality upgrades.
