He added that 73% of the natural gas delivered to the grid was allocated to these sectors.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Mousavi pointed to the persistence of cold weather and stated that gas consumption by households, commercial sectors, and small-scale industries on Wednesday increased by 16% compared to the same day last year.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Following the cold snap and forecasts of further temperature drops, President Masoud Pezeshkian, Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad, and other officials urged the public to participate in the &#8220;2 Degrees Less&#8221; campaign.
